On November 19 and 20, 2010 the IAW hosts an
International Scientific Workshop on
Global and local firm linkages: Micro-level evidence on the structure and dynamics of enterprise activity
Keynote Speaker: Jens Südekum, University of Duisburg-Essen
The workshop is open to young economists and PhD students working in the fields of international economics, firm and industry dynamics and regional economics. We invite papers aiming at enhancing our understanding of the organisation and effects of firms´ international activity as well as on investment and location decisions and the resulting regional patterns and dynamics. The workshop is organised by the IAW in cooperation with the European Union´s 6th Framework Programme MicroDyn Project www.micro-dyn.eu.
