IAW Team

Since January 1, 2005, the IAW has been directed by Claudia M. Buch, professor and holder of the chair in International Macroeconomics and Finance in the Department of Economics of the University of Tuebingen and chairperson of the Scientific Advisory Board to the German Ministry of Economics. She is supported by a Scientific Managing Director (PD Dr. Bernhard Boockmann) and an Administrative Managing Director (Guenther Klee M.A.). The IAW currently employs 18 research associates as well as three administrative staff members. Furthermore, approximately 20 student assistants and interns as well as a large number of scientific advisors, consultants, and research fellows contribute to the IAW’s research projects.
