Charlotte Klempt joined the IAW as a research associate in June 2011. She studied technical economics at the Technical Universities of Karlsruhe and Barcelona. She completed her PhD thesis at the "International Max Planck Research School" Jena in May 2011.

Her current research focus is on on projects relating to labour market and social policy issues.

Supporting and Evaluating the Implementation of the Second Stage of the Federal Programme "Perspective 50plus". Commissioned by: Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (2008/2012).
