General research: collection of agreements between the social partners for the promotion of further vocational training
In the course of digital transformation job profiles and related requirements are quickly evolving and changing. That leads to new challenges for further vocational training. In order to keep up to current technological developments, further vocational training has to adapt continuously to the-state-of-the-art so employees keep themselves up to date. In a number of German industries, the social partners have concluded agreements concerning further vocational training. The aim of this project is a review of existing agreements in selected industries. Best practice examples of existing agreements will be documented. The perspective of social partners will be captured by qualitative interviews with representatives.
