Master of Science, has studied Education (B.A.) at the University of Tuebingen as well as Education Sciences (M.Sc.) at the Hector Research Institute of Education Sciences and Psychology. She joined the IAW as a research associate in September 2018.
During her studies, she already gained experience at IAW (since 2015), especially in qualitative data collection and evaluation. Thematic priorities were in the field of unemployment research.
Her current focus lies in the evaluation and research of projects on (further) education. In this cotext she is working also on her dissertation in the field of educational sciences on individual educational returns in Germany. Her doctoral thesis at the University of Tübingen is supervised by Prof. Dr. Bernhard Schmidt-Hertha, Prof. Dr. Bernhard Boockmann, and Prof. Dr. Annika Goeze .
