Evaluation of the special programme "Promotion of occupational mobility of young people interested in training and unemployed young workers from Europe (MobiPro-EU)"

The special programme MobiPro-EU supports youths interested in vocational training and unemployed young workers from Europe in obtaining vocational training and employment in Germany. The central question of the project is the programme’s contribution to reducing migration barriers and granting access to the German vocational training system and labour market.

The aim of the project is to evaluate the program in terms of implementation, fulfilment of objectives and effects. A key component of the evaluation is monitoring, providing detailed information on the quantitative implementation of the programme. The outcomes are measured by indicators relating to the take-up, stability and the quality of employment or training. One of the central tasks of the evaluation is a quantitative analysis of the effects of the programme, including a comparison with a control group.

In addition to quantitative approaches, the study also consists of qualitative steps in which important contexts, perspectives and impact factors are investigated.
