Economic transformation and the world of work: strategies, challenges, and perspectives based on company case studies
The project will conduct a systematic literature review (scoping review) of company case studies that examine the strategies and measures taken by companies in the context of the current economic transformation. The focus will be on the effects on work processes, qualification requirements, and organizational structures. National and international studies since 2010 are analyzed, their key features and results recorded and sorted by industry and topic. This allows commonalities, differences, and overarching patterns to be identified, providing insights into operational adaptation processes. The aim is to transparently consolidate the state of research, identify existing gaps, and create a sound basis for further scientific work.
