Continuing vocational training in Baden-Württemberg continued to rise in 2022.

› Baden-Württemberg

The strong increase in self-directed learning is remarkable. While the proportion was still 18 per cent in 2019, it rose to 46 per cent in 2022. This can be attributed to the widespread use of digital training formats during the Covid 19 pandemic, among other things. This change is particularly evident among micro and small companies.

These and other interesting results can be found in the report "Continuing vocational education and training in Baden-Württemberg 2022" (in German), which the IAW compiled on behalf of the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism using data from the IAB Establishment Panel.
