Master of Science. After completing her bachelor studies in Business Administration (B.Sc.) at the University of Applied Sciences in Koblenz she studied International Economics (M.Sc.) at the University of Tuebingen specializing in international trade. In her master thesis she empirically assessed inward and outward FDI of the German states assuming market-access motives using firm-level data.
Her current research focus lies on the empirical evaluation of firm-level data with respect to vocational training, internal company training and integration of migrants.
