Jutta Mohr

Master of Arts, worked as a researcher at the Institute for Applied Economic Research (IAW) from April 2020 until March 2022. Based on many years of professional experience as a nurse, she studied Nursing at the University of Applied Sciences St. Gallen (Switzerland). In 2015, she got her master degree in Nursing Science at the University of Applied Sciences Esslingen. She worked in research projects in the fields of clinical nursing research and 'Ambient Assisted Living' at the university hospital and the university of Tübingen. From 2017 until March 2020 she worked in the ZAFH carec4are at the University of Applied Sciences Esslingen.

Her current research activities focus on the staff shortages in the care sector.

She is working on her dissertation on meeting the need for nurses in the area of tension between professionalization and economization. Her doctoral thesis is supervised by Prof. Dr. Karin Reiber (University of Applied Sciences Esslingen) and Prof. Dr. Uwe Faßhauer (University of Education Schwäbisch Gmünd).
