Master of Arts, has studied Political Science and Sociology (B.A.) at the University of Tuebingen (Germany) and the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) as well as Peace Research and International Politics (M.A.) at the University of Tuebingen. She joined the IAW as a research associate in May 2016.
Her current research focus is the qualitative analysis of labour market policies.
Since July 2020 Khira Sippli is a PhD student at the University of Tübingen. In her PhD project she examines how physicians in Germany produce and form their transitions to retirement. Particular attention is paid to how physicians deal with job-related social expectations when producing and forming their transitions to retirement.
