Short CV

Luise Heusel studied International Financial Management (B.Sc.) at the University of Nürtingen and Economics (M.Sc.) at the University of Hohenheim. She then spent four years as a doctoral candidate and research associate at the Methods Center at the University of Tübingen, where she successfully completed her doctorate in Empirical Educational Research in July 2026. Her doctoral thesis focused on various transition phases within mathematics teacher education.

Since July 2025, she has been working as a research associate at the IAW. She contributes to the projects “Master’s Programs in Nursing: Graduation Profiles and Labor Market Entry” and “Effects of the Statutory Minimum Wage on Wages and Working Hours”.
